In 2018, I went looking for a good salad I could pick up and take with me. In Pakistan, I couldn’t find one.
It was not only about one missing product. Salad culture here is simply not democratised. Salad is a side dish, a garnish, something you order because you should, not because you crave it. Nobody had turned it into an everyday habit.
So I decided to build what I couldn’t find: fresh salads in a cup, made every morning, easy to order and easy to love. That is Salad Cup.
My vision is bigger than a menu. I want millions of Pakistanis to join the movement and make eating fresh a normal, everyday thing. If that sounds like you, come with us.
