I started Salad Cup because I couldn’t find the salad I was looking for.
2018
I looked for a good grab-and-go salad in Pakistan. I couldn’t find one.
The problem
Salad culture in Pakistan is not democratised at all. Salad is a side dish, a garnish, something you order because you should, not because you crave it. There was no everyday, well-made salad you could simply pick up and go.
Salad Cup
So I decided to build it: fresh salads in a cup, made every morning, easy to order and easy to love.
The vision
My vision is simple and big: to bring millions of Pakistanis into the movement, and make eating fresh a normal, everyday thing.
